Our core objectives was to improve brand equity and online value for buyers and improve overall content strategy and user experience, while making the site more engaging and easy to navigate  We wanted to dramatically improve the usability, search-ability and browse-ability of overall site content to encourage return visits to drive value for users. We provided greater device accessibility through mobile-optimized responsive design  and improve search-ability, browse ability, and filtering of the Service/Program catalogue for great accessibility.

PROTOTYPING Housing a lot of content, while keeping the experience as pleasurable as sipping a smooth cup of premium coffee, is what made this project so fun. The general design direction enabled a defined and engaging user experience, enticing the user to navigate gradually through the site at a leisurely pace.
